This day...
has just become the shittiest day ever. My “grandpa” died this morning. My “grandma” is in the hospital now with lung cancer, the doctors say she doesn’t have long. My favorite aunt is back in the hospital, one of her kidneys has ceased to function. And now my dad tells me he is going to South America… tonight. What irritates me about my dad traveling is he takes the longest trips possible. A couple years ago he left and didn’t come back for TWO YEARS. Every other trip he makes whether it be to Europe or South America takes months at a time. “I’ll be gone only for a couple days..a week at most” he says this every time.
